Introduction

The machine is composed of recoiler and exit coil car. The recoiler is composed of frame, bearing seat, recoiling shaft, expandable device, supporting decelerator, 75Kw motor. It is designed with the hydraulic press arm equipped with the spacers to guarantee the even rewinding quality. It’s equipped with the pushing plate which is used to help pushing the coils to the coil car. The exit coil car is used to carry the finished steel coils off the recoiler. It’s equipped with 4 guide rods to guarantee the car lifting up and down.
