If wearing parts are damaged due to equipment misuse or overload, we are not responsible for free replacement.

Host Machine Warranty

During the warranty period, the following clauses apply for the host machine:

If information such as photos, pictures, and videos provided by customers can confirm there is a natural quality problem with the host, and that is the main factor causing the breakdown, we will offer free maintenance or replacement service.

Not Covered

If equipment is not operated in accordance with the manual, or damaged by unexpected factors, we are not in charge of free maintenance or replacement.
