How to visit your company?

You may fly to Shanghai Airport: By high speed train from Shanghai to Wuxi, which takes only 45 minutes, then we can pick up you from Wuxi Train Station.

What can you do if the machine broken?

Our warranty period is 12 months. If the broken parts can't be repaired, we can send new parts for replacement free of charge — you need only pay the express fees yourself. If parts break after the warranty period, we can discuss how to solve your problem. We provide technical support for the whole life of our roll forming machines.

Can you be responsible for transport?

Yes, please tell us the destination port or address. Our machines have been sold to more than 80 countries, we have rich experience in transport.
