Introduction

Rotary Shear Cut to Length Machine (also called flying shear cut to length machine),is mainly designed to make precision leveling and cutting to length process for the material of stainless steel, cold rolled steel, aluminum, etc.  This line has special advantage of non-stop cutting which can avoid micro – indentation by stopping to cut. Also it has fast efficiency of 80 meters per minute. It is applicable for high precision aluminum plate, mirror S.S plate, etc., with short cutting length product, especially for stainless steel material.

This rotary shear cut to length machine is composed of coil car, uncoiler with press arm and peeler, leveler, filming device, pinch length fixer, fly shear, transport belt, dual stack, output table, hydraulic system, and electrical control system. etc.
