Z Beam Rivet Shelving Roll Forming Machine is used to produce Z beam rivet shelving.  With the advantage that higher capacity than the SSLP Beam, Z Beam is ideal for mid-range spans (wider than the SSLP, less than the SS). The machine is composed of decoiler, leveler, servo feeding, hydraulic punch, main forming machine, cutting device, control box , hydraulic system, etc. The machine is fully automatically controlled by PLC control system, with the advantage of easy operation and fast efficiency.
