Machine Introduction

Wire Mesh Cable Tray Welding Machine is used to make wire mesh cable trays. Fully automatically controlled by PLC control system, the machine is composed of wire spool, cross wire straightening and cutting device, welding device, wire mesh cutting device, outer table, etc.

• Wire mesh opening width:150-1000mm
• Wire mesh length: 3000mm(Max)
• Wire diameter:4-6mm
• Total 18 welding points (cross wire direction), including 16 points  “+” welding and 2 points “T” welding(at two ends)

(Recently we are the only one factory in China can make this T type welding, this saves labor cost and time, compared with traditional offline side welding separately.)

• Cross wire distance(in middle): 50-100mm, adjustable
• Cross wire distance (two sides ): 25-50mm, adjustable
• Line wire distance: 50-130mm, adjustable
• Machine size: about 15000mm(L)x1500mm(W)x1600mm(H)
