Introduction
Stainless Steel Oil Hair Line Grinding Machine(also called Oil Hair Polishing Machine)is designed and manufactured to achieve hairline finish through grinding the surface of stainless steel sheet or coil with Wide Grinding Belts and Assistant Oil.
Our stainless steel oil hair grinding machine is suitable for stainless steel thickness 0.5-3mm, width Maximum 1250mm, with processing speed 5-15m/min. The machine is composed of hairline main machine, degreasing machine, cleaning machine, drying machine, transport table, oil mist collector, oil recycling system, etc. Using specialized size circular sanding belt as abrasive belt, , our machine using specialized grinding oil to make cooling and lubricating. When stainless steel sheet is processed in our machine, the sheet surface can appear color effect, which is the difference with “dry grinding”, and because of oil cooling effect, this machine is better for thin sheet. Users can get different thick and thin short line through changing different grid sanding belt.
